Free standard delivery to UK Mainland addresses on orders over £500*
*Please note delivery to Northern Ireland, Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Islands and Channel Islands are all not included within our free delivery service. Please contact us for a quotation.
Order Confirmation
As soon as you place your order, we will pre-authorise your card however your card will not be charged. We will then contact our supplier to confirm that the product you have purchased is available for immediate shipment. Once confirmed we will process the payment and your order will be dispatched within 3 working days. If there is any delay such as an item which is on backorder, we will void the pre-authorisation and contact you to let you know.
Order Delivery
Once your order has been placed, assuming it is in stock and available for dispatch, we will charge your card and your order will be dispatched within 3 working days. We’ll send you tracking details by email within 24 hours of your order being dispatched. If you have not received tracking details within 6 working days, please reach out to us via email at support@evokeenergysolutions.co.uk so that we can help.
Standard installation is included in our price.
Before we fulfil the payment from you, we will send you a quote based on your online survey to confirm if any additional charges required or it will be a standard installation based on the information you will provide us in the survey.
In case there will be additional charges, and for some reason you not accepting it, we simple decline the payment, so the payment will diverted back into your bank account.
Most of the installations are standard installations in the UK.
